We had an excellent professional crew from Len Wrays. It was very refreshing (and I was very relieved) to find a professional moving company on the Coast. Huge truck and very capable three men crew. They were careful not to damage anything and were able to have all the equipment necessary. Even laying down floor runners and wrapping things with blankets when necessary.

Since we have a lot of antiques, I was worried how careful the crew would be and was so happy that they were very respectful of my antiques. Also, the floors in our condo that we were moving out of were very soft. I explained that to them and they were all very careful. The Van Foreman was very good in guiding the young movers. I was very grateful for the prompt and helpful advice and it even felt like fun because of Krista’s organized and friendly approach. At every choice the crew went above and beyond. Just one example is that — I mentioned to the foreman that we couldn’t do the paperwork on the only table top available (because it had been recently painted) and I apologized that I should have moved it out of the room before they arrived. Not only did no paperwork come near that table (he stopped the motion to set the papers down mid air!) but the foreman asked if I would like them to move that table for me! I just found the friendly, cheerful, helpful attitude great from start to finish.

Just a brief note of appreciation for the dedicated efforts of your employees. With no more than 15 minutes, the 5 appliance move that I requested, had them ready to roll! Your office staff tracked down the guys and even though the day was just about over, they eagerly accepted the challenge of moving Sears products to our residence.
